We provide an HOA Approval Kit with product specs, installation method, drainage details, warranty info, and our insurance/COI so your property manager can approve it. In most cases, "removable turf" gets approved where "permanent modifications" don't. We've done this before — tell us your building and we'll help you navigate it.

Grab a tape measure and measure the length and width of your balcony in feet (the flat floor area, not including railings). Multiply length × width to get your square footage. For example: 7 ft × 10 ft = 70 sq ft. Don't worry about being exact — we'll confirm measurements before installation.
